As for electrons moving backwards in time, that&#039;s clearly false.  The energy required to accelerate them to that speed would be infinite.  Besides, folks commonly regard positrons to be electrons that are already moving backward through time (and thus don&#039;t need to be accelerated past the speed of light to create this effect).  And you never here anything about positron orbitals in an atom...</description>
